At this time, we ship only within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Processing Time
Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before your order is shipped. Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the order subtotal before taxes and discounts, where applicable.
Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days, although delivery times are not guaranteed.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. AcneologyHQ is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier's control. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly. You may also contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.

Refund Policy
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must be returned in the sealed original package and must be returned in the timeframe specified in our return policy.
Once your return is received and inspected, if it is unopened, undamaged and resale-able, it will be accepted and a refund will be issued. Only the original purchase price will be refunded , excluding the delivery fee via the same method used at checkout. Please allow up to 30 days from receipt of return for processing.
TIME FRAME FOR RETURNS
US Customers: You may return within 30 days of delivery, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
RETURNS PROCESS
Complete the contact us form with your order number and reason for return. You will subsequently receive instructions ands a return address. Package product securely and use a trackable shipping method so that delivery can be confirmed.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs except under special circumstances.
REFUNDS
If your return is accepted, refunds will be made to your original payment method within 5 - 10 business days. Original shipping costs are not refunded.
